I have a dozen or more matched IRFP450 International Rectifiers mosfets. I wanted to use them in an all mosfets mini-ax design (Grey Rollins), using only 4 per channel.
Input capacitance is 2600pF and output capacitance is 720pF.
Pd is 190w
Id is 14A max.
Rds is .4 ohm
Vdss is 500v
It's not exactly a IRFP044. Will this work? Will there be a performance hit?
I've heard an X600 before, but never an AX of any kind...it's a funny way to go about it, but there you go. 🙂
Thanks,
Vince
