Hallo, long time ago I made pass A75 amp and as was unstable (fluctuation of DC voltage on output +-0,5V), I have requested one friend of my to modify it and here is the result:

If your amp don't run in pure class A solution with complementary pair of MOSFETs isn't the royal way.

I still have to find out who originally defined IRFP240/IRFP9240 as "MOSFET complementary pair". They are not even close complementary. The closest pair (which is also almost equivalent to Toshiba's 2SK1530/2SJ201, except for the threshold voltage) is IRFP244/IRFP9240.

suggestions on a bit more "complementary" N & P channel FETs

* IRFP240 and IRFP9140 for rails voltage up to 50V
* IRFP340 and IRFP9240 for rails voltage up to 100V

loading effect

hello,i have an problem that to switch mosfet(IRF840) in boost converter by microcontroller .when i connect the microcontroller to mosfet thats the output of the microcontroller out put goes to 5v to 2.5 v(apporiximately) due to loading effect.how can i remove this loading problem.plz anyone
