The mos devices are broken, and i don't found original IRFP044 mosfet.
I have some IRFP064, or IRFP064N devices.. can i use this one for repair?

The 064N should be OK. The 47 ohm gate resistors may be marginal. If the PS FETs run hot at idle, reduce their value to about 33 ohms.
I would. They're designated as flameproof/fusible so use the same. These are typically ceramic coated instead of paint coated (which flames up when they fail).
