I have the Passlab Aleph Poweramp. But just damage with the pair of the following transistor:
Driver transistor IRF 9620
Power transistor IRF 9230.
I would like to know where can I order this. Becoz I found all of the source at my side already! And I dont want to replace all to the other part no.!
My amplifier already havent warranty now. And I asked the agency of my side already and they said have to wait for their reply. And I already wait for 3 months already!

http://thlaudio.com/ a company in Taiwan. It sels hard to get and high quality electronic parts via it's web page. I have never tried it myselves though. I hope that a Taiwanese company is not a problem for you in China.
