do you have any other schematic with these MOSFET's that is simple but works good.I have seen long time ago something with OP AMP on input,BD139/140 drivers ,BD139 VAP, 540/9540 output for 100w power but I do not have that schematic any more.I would like to try that.What do you think?If you have it please post it...

Remember forever, that simply connections with mosfets can't work good, although NP claim contrary 😎 . Good driving of these devices ( and good driving is not in this case easy ) lead to the little bit complicated circuits - any " one opamp + two transistors " 😉 .

If you take it like some exercise for first experience with mosfets, take some simply circuit which you find, but I say again, results will be " no glory " 😉 . My start point with mosfets was amps of E. Borbelly, which are relative complicated ( from your look ) and I have any " less comlicated " 😎 .

Look at www.borbelyaudio.com - there are his last products but also little bit theory about fet and mosfet amps ( but E. B. use lateral types, not vertical ones ). 😎

im looking for a simple irf540-9540 base amp, so i tryed at last 5or 6 deferent design.
bud no one works good.
most of them has high frequancy distortion at correct bias.
