IRF devices and Eagle

Hi,

Does anyone have a decent library for Eagle PCB, in which there are some IRFP240, IRFP9210, IRFP9620, IRF9610, IRF610 and such?

Eagle includes plenty of TO220 and TO247 FETs, why not just use those? There are both vertical and horizontal versions.
