IPA K1400.2 Hypnosis Class D Full Range - What Do You Think?

I am going to buy this amplifier from a friend who is far from me.
The parent said that this amplifier can deliver these powers:
470W rms x 2 to 4 ohms
700w rms x 2 to 2 ohms
1400w rms x 2 to 1 ohm

I believe that this data is false.
I have attached some photos to post.
Can anyone understood from the photos, more or less, what are the real powers?

The PS part is pretty beefy, about 2/3 of the PCB, so, why not ?

Most of the time, several companies have fun over-declare the powers of its amplifiers.
