The other day I sent a email to them saying that I wanted to buy the "famous" 75$ Elmo a305-SD with the missing top glass. So I sent my Credit card info like they wanted. Later, Bob sent me a email saying that after they pickup the OHP to prepare it for shipping, they saw that the OHP was the wrong model! It's a LV model ( 1700 lumen I think )
He asked me if it's what I wanted.. Well no it wasn't what I wanted. So he said that he will check for an other SD model to ship to me. Finally, he couldn't find a SD working but with the missing glass, so he shipped me one of is good working model that he sells for 175$
So I just want to say that is good customer service! Because it was is error, he didn't make me pay for this. So I have a 175$ model for 75$.
Finally, don't be affraid to buy from them! I don't think you will have problems with them!

I paid the full price for my OHP and it had a couple major scatches on the fresnel. Granted it's sold as-is, but come on! That a $50 hit!

a $50 ohp? Go figure. I take gui_999's word on this. Sound like a good company. When i fried my 5" lcd, parts express replaced one free of charge for me 🙂 .

The reason I paid 75$ insted of 175$ is because the description of the item was wrong, and my paiment was already sent. On theire web site it was saying: Elmo a305-SD missing top glass for 75$. Omg I just received my Elmo a305-SD!! The projector works A1! Men this thing is so bright lol! Like I said.. 75 + 31$ shipping! Everything is just fine, no broke parts!

🙂The same day you ordered that SD projector, I called in too. He said he had just sold it but thought he had another there. He took my credit card info too. Well the next day I read your other post and found out that they had mistaken it for an LV. So I think they are sending me the LV that you said no too even though I asked for the same SD type you did. If I do receive it I'm going to ask them to take it back cause it's not the one I want. At least I have your posts here verifying that they did have the SD listed for $75 if I need to have my credit card company cancel the charge.

Ok, I received the package in and it was the elmo hp-a305sd which I got for $75 plus shipping. I must say great service and great savings.

This seems to be a common problem with inventory solutions...
they bait and switched my friend also actually... he ordered something and they said we don't have, but can give you this instead... so they shipped the diff item to him. It wasn't even what they said it was....
so he sent it back and after a couple months they finally refunded him...
To me, inventory solutions is a bad company 🙁
