I have a pair of 4311s, efficiency is around 91dB so it should work with PAPA DIY/FW amps, no? They were cheap when I bought them years ago, need to start refurbishing them. Battleship gray.
I know you will think this is blasphemy (and maybe it is), but speaker technology has moved on. I am pretty sure a current tech speaker (like the Open Source Monkey Coffin) will be a lot better than many old tech speakers like those vintage JBLs.
