Beautiful old AR turntable there. I still have mine from my college days.
I still prefer the sound of a good spring suspension turntable over most of the slab plinth tables that seem to be most popular these days.

Yeah - the only thing that will really bum me out will be the day that the stylus on my trusty Shure V15-VMR dies or I break it like an idiot.
Getting something comparable will probably set me back around a grand (Sumiko, Dynavector, or Benz Micro, etc...) but until then:

Maybe sometime I'll have to see about buying one of those off of you and putting it somewhere for "Safe keeping" (If I have a backup - My hearing will probably be gone before I need to replace THAT one...)
