Interesting difference between two T-Amps.

I have two t-amps that were purchased at the same time, (6 months ago?), and there is a significant difference between them. One of them has an extra wire soldered to the top of the board (the top being the side that's facing you when you open it up, with the LED). The wire goes from C11 to C14. Those two are not connected on the other board, I measured with my meter.

The DC offset is much lower on the one with the extra wire, 4mv and 20mv vs. 150mv and 45mv.

Has anyone else experienced significant differences when they opened up a T-amp?

I've opened a lot of T-amps and never seen this wire.
However, a picture of this odd wire did show up on one of the French T-amp boards a few months ago. Don't know what it's for.
