We have been made aware of a small revision that was not updated earlier.
It involves the mute relays, which were changed from an active mute to a passive mute in the latest software.

As such a small rework is necessary on the rear (connector) side of the source selector board.
You will need to cut one track (marked as yellow). Easiest is to use a 2mm drill (DO NOT drill through) or a cutter knife.
And a jumper (marked as orange) to connect the NC contacts of the relay to Gnd.

Of course this applies to both ends of the PCB.

The input and output Gnd connections are NOT connected on the source selector board.
They should be connected separately to the star Gnd of the amplifier module.
