Hello,
I intend to build an active speaker, with integrated class D amplifier (350 W bridge, based on IRS2092 chip).
As the amplifier will be close to the speaker, do I have to protect it against magnetic field generated by the speaker ?
Thanks for expertise !

You might want to put some selastic on the larger components to keep them from vibrating loose over time.
Good active speakers have an acoustically insulaed compartment for the electronics anyway. But this comes at the cost of increased overall volume.
In theory, the magnetic field of the speaker could push the inductors in your amp/power supply closer to saturation.
Provided you keep everything a few inches apart at least, you should be fine.
