A pair of the 23 position autoformer volume controls from Intact Audio. This is the pair that goes for $475 on Intact Audio website.

I am the original owner. They were lightly used.

I imported a working model of one of these into the UK from the US many years ago.
I followed the example of a few other UK forum members.

I still have it today and am very happy with the device as Pre Amp, it has a shared role now with another Pre-Amp I discovered.
