Insulated cable standoffs for ground wire

Metal chassis are to be recommended for safety and to shield against today's RF all around you. A 3.3 mm drill and M4 thread tap are then necessary. Of course the chassis is connected to the PE pin of the IEC inlet.
Don't worry - I know about safely grounding equipment 😛 Perhaps I miscommunicated, but I will indeed be properly connecting this ground wire to the chassis - at one point and one point only, to prevent ground loops from occurring.

I'm merely trying to find a piece of hardware I thought existed based on a half remembered video, with functionality I thought would be very nice to have, i.e. physically lifting the uninsulated ground wire away from the chassis and electrically isolating it so that it is easy to solder to without any stray solder touching the chassis and causing ground loops. Perhaps I should just design and 3D print this thing that I am thinking of!
