Inside Cabinet Speaker Cable Causing A Big Difference in Sound

I am using 1.25sq single core coaxial cable (TPC) inside.
The shield wire is a single point ground on the cold side.

I think you should try it and choose the cable you like.

Last 3 posts are already taking us in that directions :^(

OK, here's a possible scientific reason why replacing the old copper wire inside the speaker enclosure could have made a difference.

Copper is not magnetic in normal conditions, but becomes weakly magnetic in the presence of a magnetic field, such as that found within a loudspeaker enclosure.

This weak magnetic effect is a consequence of copper being a diamagnetic material: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diamagnetism

The replacement internal wiring may not immediately acquire this magnetism, and that may account for the audible difference that has been reported.

Discuss! 🤔

Agree, use proper soldering technique, but OP claims improvement!
So maybe the original soldering was bad?
Or the wire is of a different type, twisted or shielded?
Or the shield was connected / disconnected from amp or ground?

But like JMF says, more a perception bias...my opinion at least.

The connect terminal is 50φ for installation.
The terminal width of Pluvia7HD is 4.5 mm.

Round & faston terminals are soldered after crimping.
I do not solder directly because I connect and disconnect many drivers.
