They both have problems with updating.

The 10 kohm input impedance is made with R1. The simulator doesn´t fix 0 ohm resistor but it is pretty near.
With the high gain i had 680 ohm and 20,4k to make 30x gain.
With the 1,92k to - rail i raised the resistor to 24,5k to maintain the 30x gain.
