I'm designing a phono stage to be coupled with a solid state integrated amplifier. Can somebody provide me some indication about the typical input impedance and voltage sensibility of this kind of amplifiers?

For the normal input. CD AUX and so,
it is usual to find INPUT-impedance of 47 kohms
It is like a standard.
But variations can be between 100kohms downto 22kohms.
Sensitivity for full Power Output
can be like 0.5 Vrms. Can be 0.2-1.0 for some.

Technical Specifications and Data for Your amplifier.
This you can often find by searching the Webb,
and you can find it in The User Manual, which also sometimes can be found on the Web, for download.

Power Amplifiers - Output Stages, without preamps
usually have lower input impedance (5kohm)-10kohm-22kohm
and sensitivity like 1.0-1.4 Vrms.
The job of the preamp is the make sure that the Power Amplifier
gets that level and to be sure that lower impedance can be driven.
(this above goes for Solid State. Tube amplifiers is special case.
They can be very individual in this respect.)

Your phono stage shall have an output impedance less than 1 kohms. Then the amp can drive anything, even rather long cables. If you use an opamp you can have 220-1000 ohms without no problem. Higher value is safer from short circuit, lower value gives you more drive power but risk for problems with capacitive load (cable capacitance).
If your phono amp has rather low output impedance, it's rather unimportant what the input impedance of the following amp has.
