Nothing to do with audio interconnects, because they are far too short to exhibit the dispersion problem which Heaviside solved. Nothing to do with nonlinear distortion.

OK, the first "nothing" should be 'almost nothing', as in infinitesimally small i.e. irrelevant.

The second "nothing" really should be 'nothing'. Heaviside's theory was about a linear transmission line, so by definition it said nothing about nonlinear distortion.
