I will have 6 woofers in my build, wired in series parallel to get the right impedance. Should i take the mesurments of all of the woofers together, and get the impedance mesurment of all the woofers and treat them as one driver in xsim for my crossover build? First multi woofer build, and I'm kinda lost what to do. Thanks in advance!

You can do that, Xsim will do the job perfectly if your information to it is correct. However the question you ask is outside the scope of Xsim itself.
There are differences between multiple drivers and single in the area of directivity. These matters can be taken care of in your own workspace.. this is no different to any Xsim endeavour in that regard.
If unsure, just do it.

Can't XSim3d handle this? Assuming a normal baffle layout and normal driver shapes, anyway. Or are you referring to something else?
