Infocus Smartview 3600 and some image problems

First, Hi to everybody... i have been reading for a while, but this is my first post..
My name is Guillermo and i from Argentina..
Sorry, but my english is poor.. i will do mi best efforts..

I have recently buyed from teksavers an Infocus Smartview 3600.
It comes without remote and manual, so i have to learn to use it by simply pushing all buttons!! 😉

Anyway, I put it on a OHP, connect it to my VCR (RCA), and lets play...

First impression: Amazing..
Second Impression: hummmm, it seems that the image is truncated..

Using the buttons, i can move the image and i can see the "hidden" parts of the image..

So, the questions is:

how i can fit the entire image in to the panel? there is any kind of setup??


Later, i have tried with another video source.. Cable TV.. and there is another surprise:
The system in my country is PAL... i didnt touch any settings, and the image was B/W.. moving around with the menu buttons, i see that the panel says NTSC as a source... Eureka!, i have to change to PAL... so, i change to pal... but the image remains B/W!!!!!

Anyone has similar experiences with this panel??

Maybe the VCR... Did u tried on your computer, DVD? and Still the same?

Other think, I buy one on EBAY, but comes without everything 😛
Can you tell me what kind is your power supply ? like AC/DC 100 to 250V 50/50hz... I have to buy one for me, cause I just get this today 🙁

The problem was the TV System in my country (PAL-N) and the system of the panel (PAL-B).

I bought a decoder Pal B / Pal N and it was solved my problem!

Power Supply ?

Do you know what kind is your power supply ? like AC/DC 100 to 250V 50/50hz... I have to buy one for me, cause I just get this today
