I have been told that infocus panels are not too good quality wise, but thats not even my opinion. I have never bought one. Personally I think nView makes a woderful product. You can't beat something thats not plastive (metal). Many people love their Sharp panels though. It seems the golden age of the spectra C is dead. Every one is selling theirs. I am glad I did not bu y one last november when they were like $200 (If i recall. I could just be crazy). lol. Thats all I have to say... Good luck. Oh and if you do buy that panel, please post a review on my website.
What Resolution Does this panel go up to

640 by 480 is the max resolution which is perfectly fine if you are watching movies. Unless of course you use a PC to play games and run movies.
I have the 822c and I love it. The only difference between the 820 and 822c is an extra 2 inches of screen size. It works great even with my crappy 2000 lumen projector. I should be pumping 7300 lumens within the week on a dedicated screen, so I expect a big improvement.
It displays 2 million colors which is pretty good. Good enough for any movie.

I forgot to mention the contrast ratio, which is really the best aspect of the 820 and 822c. It's 200:1. Most panels are 100:1.
More contrast gives you better blacks.
