From what Danny at GR Research has said over at audiocircle, we probably shouldn't expect the Neo 10 to be available to the DIY market. He indicated that they were intending to keep this for their own designs, and would probably let select OEM's use it in commercial designs, but no DIY - at least not for now.

Too bad - looks nice.

A Heresy?

Hi Mats J,
I have a crazy idea: why not employ a Magnepan MMG W instead the two L-EMIM ?
I'm familiar with Infinity, 10 years ago I have had the "little sister" DELTA.
I hope you have a very big room! 😉
Cheers,
Inertial

Not a clone, since I'm thinking of different drivers.....
BG NEO3 and 8 for the EMIT and EMIM.
Suggestions for the L-EMIM?
Figured I'd tackle the servo sub tower later and in the subwoofer forum.

Emin. Tech. has drivers like the L-EMIM (ceramic mag. = low SPL)

I doubt the BG Neo10 is available. HPV has the (6x9") MAD1.

FPS has a udated push-pull mid-high neo. driver (6x14") that seems to be the best wide-range planar out there (but I maybe biased). I will have the 1st two in the US in my hands shortly.

None of these are cheap drivers (>$300).
