I'm building F5 amplifier and want to use CRC schematic in PSU.
For inductors I have 1mH coils with only ten turns on a ferrite ring. So the magnetic conductivity of that ring is very high. I know that such inductors are unacceptable in loudspeaker crossovers because of their bad hysteresis but what's about PSUs?

They work well, although I have seen instances in very
large power supplies where the inrush current made them
fracture with some dramatic noises.
