The reviews on the new model are not favorable when compared to the original.
The original RS28F model is a close fit as far as sound quality. I have a pair of those; I was hoping to go with the complete original design if possible.

I have two pair - one pair of RS28A-4 and one pair of RS28As-4 (shielded). Where are you located, zip code, and which version are you specifically looking for. I will get pictures for you and price out shipping.
I have mounted one of each of them to run Omnimic and DATS testing in an Core 2-way DIY design that never came to be (Paul Carmody design). I can send, so you see the condition. How much are you looking to spend?
