I have been seeking the schematic/manual for Marantz DV-7600 and I've just noted this thread. Indeed Guido Tent of Tentlabs clock fame has also has expressed to me an interest to see it. This player seems to be reverse PLL'ing the video side FROM the audio side (it's usually the other way). This means that emphasis has been put on the audio side over the video side - VERY unusual!

I also have a DV-7600 right here and want to do some work on it. Also, if you make the schematic/manual available to me, I can upload it on a website and then post a permanent link here. I will leave the file in place for 2-3 months so others have access as well. This way Guido can also get it.

Can you help out. At least you won't get continuing requests like this as long as the file is on my site, and I will keep it as long as there is a demand. No timing out.

Also, as a return favour, I may be able to give you some tips as to the work that can be done to this player. Not sure if you are familiar with the JLTi SACD Player (based on Sony NS90/92V player) reviewed on Positive Feedback online (www.positive-feedback.com/Issue28/dcs.htm ) - that will give you an idea of my handiwork.
