I ordered two sets of this plate for a filter amplifier.

But I ask myself:
Heat diodes mounted on heatsink they are unlikely to shorten the life of the first two capacitors?

The heat will reduce the life of the capacitors, that is what u meant to ask.
Yes, but to what degree is a question.
You can insert an insulator between the capacitor and the heatsink. Also you can drill holes in between, on the pcb. Take care not to drill through any copper tracks.
