Impedance problem Of O/P Transformer

Hi All
I have a question about the output transformer input impedance. I have an old Philips EL3527 Tape recorder. I have removed the o/p transformer and measured primary impedance and secondary was loaded with an eight ohm resistor. The impedance curve and the data are attached.
Can I consider the impedance of this transformer as 11kOhm (at 1kHz) or 2.2kOhm (at 50 Hz).
Please help.

You can consider it as 11k, with an LF limit of around 300Hz. However, given its age, it is more likely to be intended for a 3-4ohm load, so 4-5.5K down to 120-150Hz. This is a better fit with the ECL82 output valve, and the likely frequency response.
