Funny thing happened this weekend. I was sitting looking at a pair of Infinity 452i speakers a buddy tossed in with a CD player I bought off him. I'm on this Open Baffle/Open Back kick for my home system and so I decided to mount these in a scrap peice of 1/2" ply and screw them to my 36"x48", 1/2" MDF test board. (removed an 8" and covered the hole with the panel)
WOW! Totally missing 100Hz and down but man do they sound nice from there up. Not super by some standards but interesting enough to make me check the channel switch on my receiver to make sure they were the only ones playing.
Got me to looking at other Infinity stuff, and on to the seperates, and on to the subs and finally on to e-Bay. Went down hill quick didn't it?
So my question is:
What are the individual driver impedances for an Infinity seperate system, say a Reference 6810cs, 6x8 component system?
I don't have any handy to check first hand so was wondering if anyone out there has an idea.
