The industry standard is a TOA ZM104. It is a 1,000 hertz fixed frequency unit used for testing installed commercial sound systems. It has made virtually all other field type units obsolete.
Sennheiser was the previous go to model.
Before that General Radio bridges.
Most folks who want more data just use a gizmo like the "Woofer Tester" with a PC.
I suspect if you look you can find software that does it with the built in PC audio inputs and outputs and a resistor.

However what do you want it for? You can use ARTA or REW and some simple stuff to get some basics for speakers etc. The Videobridge or SR720 are for applications that need wide range and high accuracy. An intermediate step would be a DER EE DE-5000 High Accuracy Handheld LCR Meter ONLY Metar New F/S | eBay but make sure its real and not a bad clone.

I also intend to buy a LCR meter.

So I look only for low cost Impedance meter just for some field tests like transformer or 100V line.
