Best would be a diagram of the crossover (woofer section only) and a sketch/picture of the cabinet, but a description in words will do as well. I'm very surprised to see the left impedance peak rising due to the notch. Do you have an enclosure with a large dimension (1m or more)?
It's a commercial design to sell on looks rather than giving optimal sound.I would completely fill it up with Tontine or other suitable stuffing,if that has not been done already.The notch filter is what it was said to be and not impedance correction as I had assumed.It is possibly there to alleviate a strong column resonance and my thought is that this type of problem is better dealt with by elimination at its' source rather than a secondary 'cure'.
