With no output FETs in the amp, do you see a drive signal on any of the output FET gate terminals?
If the DC voltage across the speaker terminals isn't 0v, connect a load across the speaker terminals to bring it down to 0v.

hello Perry! I'll update you on the problem! I bought a new dlm4000a control board! I soldered the board I also replaced the buffer transistors I replaced some resistors I put 4 new output mosfets! At the moment of ignition I have a perfect square wave on the gates but after about 3 seconds it absorbs 20A!If I remove the output mosfet instead the amplifier starts but goes into protection by switching off the power supply
If you repeatedly do this, do you always get the 3 seconds of drive?
Are you saying that it's turning off it's own switching power supply or are you saying that it's causing your 12v supply to shut down?

On the main 494 driver IC, which of the terminals change in voltage as the amp goes into protect mode?
