Just found out that idling adjustment is not working within range, found out that one of my Marantz MA6100 got really hot, the others staying relatively cool, when checking idling the value is way too high between 350 and 500 mV
should be between 0,6 and 5 mV ! What parts have to be replaced so it will function normally again ?
Thanks for any help, got servicemanual and the skils to replace parts, just no real technical background...

obviously the first thing to check will be the trimmer ...( haven't seen the schematic ) but there is a very good chance that if open will drive the amp to maximum idle

Thanks, problem solved, while checking pots, I found out I was adjusting the wrong pot..
Now adjusted the proper one, all is well, amp is not running hot anymore, been playing for a few hours, everything seems to have survived the heat treatment...
