All I'm sayin' that's just another completely viable option which isn't half as bad as people tend to think.
Turning back with the thread I was thinking to opt for EL34, being nearby easy to get. The problem is the OT. Excluding Novarria (Milan) I took a look rather on don-audio but the right OT is now not available; other options may be instead the GXSE10-16-8K or the GXSE10-6-2.5K? With a 8Ohm speaker I'd have a reflected impedance of 4k and 3.3k respectively
