I think it's generally used more in an agricultural sense with regard procreation. So not really homophoibic.
I wouldn't mind a "service" - aka retrofit - that would not only make me look, but also function like new - but then my female mate of 45yrs would almost certainly ask " just what are planning to use that for?"
I never thought the Dual 6 and 7 series got the respect they deserved. After graduating to them from idler wheel 12 series, I though the belt and direct drive models were just simply great.
Oh, now I remember, they were automatics, and didn't lend themselves to swapping out the tweaky tone-arm of the month. I even ran a London Decca MkV in my 701, and it sounded fine to me. Certainly a helluva lot easier to set up than AristonRD11, Linn LP12, Oracle Delphi tables, or the Transcriptors Vestigial or Dynavector Dv507 tonearms
but, I digress - nice and shiny Rundmaus
