The closest match to CXD1167Q I found was CXD1162; the "7" at the end could be "2"
CXD1162 is DIL22 oversampler and digital filter. I haven't searched for the second IC; alldatasheet should have them all.

I'm afraid the first place to look at was alldatasheet and could not find the match of the two ICs I mentioned above.
As I'm going to modify the unit I'd need the exact schematics/device leads info/ not just a guess 🙁
