ICEpower 200ASC ground connection

Hi,

I need your advice on ground connection idea for my recently bought ICEpower 200ASC module. I'll be using it as DIY monoblock power amplifier in full balanced configuration and the problem is that I have limited idea on where to connect ground to metal chassis. Basically there are 3 ground connections possible to make ie. module ground point, mains plug (earth) and signal ground PIN1 of XLR connection. While I'm quite certain that GND must be connected to chassis at module point and mains plug side I'm not sure of connection at XLR plug. To make things even more complicated I've seen in other ICE models designing manuals that XLR PIN1 should be connected to chassis anyway but I think with all 3 ground connections a ground loop will be created.

Could you advise on best solution, please. Thank you.

I just hooked up a pair of 300ASC'S (200ASC replacement). It was an unbalanced input but i just terminated ground to the board only.I imagine signal ground should be handled the same way for balanced or unbalanced input. Google some pics for 200ASC and one of the first that shows up shows an XLR wired strait the the input header only.Hope this helps.
