I don't know what H3-001 means, but it looks like the latest model.

Bottom: "C560" marking do not touch inner circle. On my board there is also LED font marking "1551" just above L402 (not showing on the WEB).

Top: White barcode sticker with serial number under the common mode choke. 6143619F looks like PCB version (photo). White QR code sticker right to the P100.

EDIT: Obviously looks 100% genuine otherwise.

They have fewer of them available but parts-express sells them. I'm not sure what their international shipping would be though.
