Call Derf at 800-874-3373 (Florida)
They show 3 available but it doesn't show me the vendor... See if you can talk them into telling you who actually has them in stock. They will have to run a search for you on their locator... They most likely will be willing because they don't like to deal with small quantities...
Good luck convincing the vendor to sell you just one...
If you can't meet minimum and the same vendor happens to have irfp240's in stock, perhaps we could combine to get you over the minimum... Let me know...
