ok, group buy is closed. I'm pretty sure I'm overbooked with all the order changes, so first-come (i.e. paid)-first-served.

The formula should be:

(N * 1.58 + 5) * 1.0034 + 0.3

for international, or the following for domestic (this is for PayPal fee calculation)

(N * 1.58 + 5) * 1.0029 + 0.3
