Try to set the unit into CD mode and see if that changes anything. Could be that the signal
is disabled in other modes, so that it does not create noise that could interfere with the tuner section

When i was measuring, i played a CD 😀

Maybe i just should connect that to these points

But i dont think that the TDA1311AT sound that good :-D

Why are you using an ADC for a digital signal?
