I2S in SAA7341

Im seraching the SAA7341GP Data Sheet but i cant find it. Some body can help me?
I'v got one Philips AK640 CDP whith CDM4/19 Transport and i'll try to conect one nonos dac TDA1543.

let me try,my eng is poor,so that i hope you could understand what i say.

the original diyer's projet:

1.modify the power supply :add a power plug receptacle(easy to change the power line),change the old power transformer to a 50W 17V~X2 EI transformer(look at the pic below).
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.


+5v to crystal, digital output board
+5v to mainboard
+5v to display ,control panel
+12v to motor drive

2.change the original electrolyte caps to philips caps or nichicon caps,and the terylene caps to polypropylene caps.

3.change the 3pin crystal to a high quality 4pin crystal. and take out the 1M resistor and the 33pf cap at the 71pin(xin) and 72pin(xout) of the saa7341.the high quqlity crystal's out pin solder to the 71pin of the saa7341.the 32pin of the 7341 is the digital output, solder it to the digital output board's(by buy) input pin.

the green board is the digital out board.

4.add a infrared remote control:

add 4 components: the sony's infrared receiver , 4.7k 100 resistor and a BC560

the infrared's pins is(from left to right) +5v output gnd

the philips or manranz's remote control panel will be work.
 
need help in Laser calibrate

Hello, I need help to calibrate the Laser in old Philips AK640.

The unit read all original CD but in CD-R the sound is very noise and alone stop the play.

What volt I need read to say the laser is calibratin and where is the point to read?

I dont find the repair manual in the web, need schematics.
