I know negative has maybe a contact for a ballest cheap But If not I will fork out the cash to test this out, mabe someone will get to this before me maybe not but either way its going to get done darnit. LOL anyone have some ballest contacts post em.
Yeah im with you, i cant wait for some hobo bob to email back. I just cant decide if i want 150 or 250 though.
yeah it has better everything and yellertwo.com has a good package deal... BUT my projector only has a 4x4x4 inch hole for the lamp.. the 150 is 3 and a half inches with out the holders. But with some cutting i could maybe fit the 250 which is only an inch bigger... Does anyone actually own a 250 setup that could measuer it with the end socket thingys attached? Im gonna jam something in there... hopefully it will be the 250..
patience ....
jeez you guys have less patience than DR KOVORKIAN! lol
any ways if you do choose to buy a higher priced ballast buy from here its cheaper then DIY labs and its come with EVERYthing you need http://ereeftank.com/pfoballasts.html
pooh go 150

That is a good price at 114$ but where does it say its the whole setup? And arent those ones loud? I would rather have an icecap. They are smaller and quieter. And why should i go with 150?
So let me get this straight. We cannot add dimmers to these ballasts? These MH's need to keep that arc going or something?
Thanks for the link but Im not sure if its an hqi, it only says metal halide. And after just now taking my projector apart i think i might only be able to fit the 150watter in.. and thats vertically..
OK i think im gonna go with the 150 watt because the bulb is smaller so it would be easier to cram into my projector and if im not wrong (but please correct me if i am, it will help me) the ballast is also smaller by about 2-3 inches so i could more than likely fit that where the old ballast is in my projector and maybe even wire it to power on when i turn on the projector..
whats a good place to make a FREE website? I have a MSN group in the works But Im still toying with the Idea of a website.
