i got a very low bass response,and low treble response,only the mid knobs satisfies me,maybe my lay out was wrong,please somebaody help me correct my lay out😀

Hello engel dela pena, schematic on the left is different than the one on the right in a number of places around the tone controls. I did not study your left schematic so I will not comment on its design. Please check your wiring between the two schematics.

Yes around the tone stack slope resistor 100K on the layout. The top of 0.047uF is jumping past the 100K straight back to plate. Remove that wire, Connect 100 K from top of 250P to top of 0.1u and the top of the 0.047uF jumps to top of 0.1uF.
The sound your hearing now is basically all the signal shunting through the mid control through 0.047u
