I think I broke this projector. I might sell the parts or the "carcass"?

Hi!

I've been writing here about the LCD -projector I've been working on, the Sony VPL -SC50E. Well, I tried to make it more quiet by adding few big and lowering the speed of it's own fans with potentiometers and such stuff. Images about that can be seen at http://tweaknmod.tk (image about the lamp and the modifications I did to it). Well, I assume some part of the projector did not like what I did. it worked really fine, no high temperature warnings and the noice was very low. Some while later the projector went dead. When I try to start it, it just makes few rythmic and quiet pops and the turns on the FAN/TEMP alarm light. I also tried taking of the extra fans and running it in as kind of standard. Same problem.
Well. Here are few images from inside taken after this error has begun:

Maybe some of you can tell me if they see anything out of ordinary at the electronics or so, I can't notice anything weird.
The pictures are here also for the reason that if I have busted this thing so that my skills are not enough to fix it then I might be selling the thing or part to some one who is interested of them to use in their projects or to repair the thing.
Projectors specs: 800x600 resolution native (1024x768 compressed), 500 ANSI lumens, inputs XGA/Svideo/coax, current bulb should be burning out very soon, 1,3x zoom, lousy picture shape adjustments (about none).

So there... please help me if you can or offer me money for the crap I am trying to get rid of if I cant fix it.

Regards
HB

More stuff about the situation:

Here is all the stuff that was inside the projector:

Individual bits and pieces might be on sale or the whole pile of stuff, depending on offers and so on.
Most of stuff should be ok.

The one that probably is broken from some where is this one:

I don't know what is wrong, but I know it has something to do with the circuits that drive the fans or check that they are running and so on cause it went broke when I did some experiments with multiple fans. Easy fix would be if some one has a same kind of projector that is broken from some other part and would be willing to sell his for spare parts. I could also sell this stuff as spare parts if some one wants it?
Or maybe someone here knows about this projector so much that might be able to tell me how to override the fan check-ups, I am going to ventilate this projector with other fans than the originals anyway?
