Hi everyone, I can't find anywhere this kind of jack socket (it's an old Creative's system). Any ideas on where I can find it?

well if your certain its the jack why not find a substitute and wire it to the board, physical space provided.
but i'm on side with Jon and Enzo without being able to magnify the image more i would say there's some bad solder joints (ground and a few pins around the jack area)
just re heating and adding some solder doesn't guaranty it's fixed if it was bad for a while oxidation sets in and can resist a quick touch up unless you insure the two surfaces (pin and pad) are contaminant free.
