It works for me in the USA, must be a regional thing.

Problem is you need to be verified via a local phone number. You need that to be able to contact the advertiser.

My comment was more a clarification to rayma than it was a offer to help you. Though I reside parttime in Sweden I still rely on my Norwegian number. This because Scandinavians benefit from a equal price policy. So no need to change numbers.
