I need to cut off the voltage selector ,because not working, and connect the transformer directly on 220V. But i'm not sure how to execute that xD.

It looks like there are two primary winding with taps.
Look at the circuit...
Blue and red seem to be one single 110 volt primary winding and brown and yellow the other. I would assume you connect Red to Brown to link them in series while applying mains to Blue and Yellow.
What I would do first is isolate ALL the wires on the primary and measure the resistance of each primary winding. Measure Black to Blue (should be low value) and Black to Red (nowhere near as low) and do the same for Orange to Brown (low) and Orange to Yellow (nowhere near as low).
If those are results you get then ISOLATE all the secondaries and using a low wattage DBT power up just the transformer and confirm the secondaries are correct.
