I have 2 Thorens TD150 turntables Mk1 and Mk2 help needed

Hello everyone its my first time posting but I read allot of post's from here you guys are very helpful so thanks for all the help given. So I have 2 thorns td 150 turntables the mk1 is totally original so no problems there. The mk2 has been modfeid e.g new arm (Alpherson Opel) with a Nagaoka cart with mp10 stylus. I was cleaning and setting it up and it fell and I broke the plinth! It was something I was going to remake at one point as I've read its no good anyhows. Problems is I'm dieing to listen to it. the mk1 has no stylus!! Could you believe the luck!!??. I'm naw thinking of selling the both of them, just to much work for me to do, or have you any suggestions on were I can go from here? Thanks

Good idea, but for a quick listening session yea maybe but for a proper set up I will have to set the springs lubrication where needed a whole set up. I might as well get rid of both plinths and start from scratch. Which means time allot of time. I'm thinking I have taken on to much without realising what actually needs to be done to do right by the turntable's. Thay are classics without a doubt! I don't want to disrespect the vintage history these tables have inspired, the lp12 for a start! I really don't know. But a quick fix isn't the way forward me thinks. Thanks for your suggestion may be I will sleep on it and give it a proper thinking over.

I think I might just sell the 2 of them. I'm in a dilemma and don't know what the solution is gonna be. What would you guys out there do!
? 1 I will get money on investment back reather than spending more. 2 turntables are notorious for ever continues adjustments and fiddling about.
So I'm gonna sell them both or keep the mk1 which is totally original and in
Super condition .

Can you install the Nagaoka cart form the mk2 to mk1?
Actually I might try that..after a good think of all possible outcomes.
Time plus money and ease by to do, yes that's the one to do, I get a listening experience plus the potential of the thorns sound, just hope I'm not entering a rabbit hole of tweeking/upgrading and so on...
Good idea! Thanks Chrisng. I'll tell how it goes.
