I got Iced !

Looking for some guidance, don't need to hear about not dealing with Ali, have had plenty of good things through them but this time BOOM. See link ICEPOWER power amplifier accessories digital power amplifier module ICE125ASX2 professional grade hifi power amplifier|Amplifier| - AliExpress

the amp is using the ICE125ASx2 module and to my surprise it actually contains that module whether genuine unknown. I have popped the lid and it looks well put together BUT after 24 hours it starts flashing at the power button and no sound. See video. Any suggestions, can it be reset? Is it a grounding issue. Suspicions, solutions welcome.

Do you own a multimeter ?

If you have "some" DIY capability I'd open it up & really inspect it. The simplest thing is the one replaceable Fuse, maybe you get lucky and that's your problem. Next possibility is an Electrolytic Capacitor blew (marked by X), you'd need to de-solder & replace with a new one.

After this, it gets a bit harder...

At 240V I would also assume so as otherwise it would probably have gone BANG!
There is a jumper fitted to the 230V or 115V position as per the manual.
The flashing will be caused by the amp protection kicking in due to one of the protection features listed in the manual - shutdown, reset, shutdown, reset......
This could be due to an external fault (which you have eliminated by disconnecting all external devices) or a fault with the board. In this case I would contact the supplier for a replacement.
